Our Role
InteliMED Concierge is a healthcare navigation and coordination service. We are not a hospital, clinic, or medical facility, and we do not employ clinical staff. Home-based services such as nurse visits and specimen collection are coordinated through our network of qualified, vetted, and independently licensed healthcare professionals and partner organisations. InteliMED does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe — all clinical acts are performed solely by those licensed providers.
Does Not Replace Emergency Services
Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you or someone you know is in a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately. InteliMED Concierge cannot provide emergency medical response and should not be relied upon for urgent or life-threatening situations.
Provider Decisions Are Clinical
While we coordinate and facilitate connections with healthcare providers, all medical decisions, clinical judgments, treatment plans, and prescriptions are made solely by the healthcare provider. InteliMED does not influence, override, or take responsibility for clinical decisions made by providers.
Navigation, Coordination & Home-Based Care
InteliMED Concierge provides healthcare navigation guidance, care coordination, and selected home-based clinical services delivered by qualified professionals. While our concierge team offers structured guidance and recommendations, all final health-related decisions should be made in consultation with your treating healthcare professional.
No Guarantees
While we strive to work with reputable and trusted providers, InteliMED does not guarantee the quality, outcome, or availability of any healthcare service provided by third-party providers. We recommend and coordinate based on available information, but the responsibility for healthcare delivery lies with the provider.
