1. Legal Entity & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and services operated by InteliMED Health Technologies Ltd ("InteliMED," "we," "our," or "us"), a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Ghana. By accessing our website or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

InteliMED Health Technologies Ltd operates two service lines:

• InteliMED Concierge — a human-enabled healthcare navigation and coordination service that helps individuals and families find, access, and coordinate healthcare services in Ghana, including assisted booking, provider matching, care navigation support, transport and logistics coordination, follow-up coordination, family and diaspora support, and premium white-glove assistance.
• InteliMED CareLink — a connected care software platform currently in development, which will provide digital health tools and integrated care experiences. These Terms will apply to CareLink upon its launch.

InteliMED is a healthcare navigation and coordination service. We are not a healthcare provider, hospital, clinic, or medical practitioner. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All clinical decisions remain exclusively with licensed healthcare professionals.

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or you are accessing the service on behalf of a minor with full parental or guardian authority;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• You are using the service for lawful purposes only.

5. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times;
• Keep your contact information up to date;
• Use our services for lawful purposes only and in compliance with applicable Ghanaian law;
• Not misrepresent your identity or your relationship to the patient;
• Respect the confidentiality of all communications with our team;
• Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the website;
• Not use our services to harass, defraud, or harm any person.

6. Healthcare-Specific Limitations

InteliMED Concierge coordinates and navigates — we do not make medical decisions, provide clinical recommendations, or replace the judgment of licensed healthcare professionals. Specifically:

• We do not diagnose medical conditions;
• We do not prescribe medications or treatments;
• We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or outcome of any healthcare service provided by a third-party provider;
• Selected home-based clinical services (such as nurse visits or specimen collection) are delivered by qualified, vetted, independent healthcare professionals — InteliMED coordinates access to these professionals but does not employ them as clinicians.

7. Fees and Payment

Service fees will be communicated clearly and transparently before any paid engagement begins. Initial consultations may be complimentary. All fees are subject to our current pricing schedule, which will be confirmed at the time of service engagement. Fees for third-party healthcare providers are separate and are the responsibility of the client.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. InteliMED Health Technologies Ltd processes personal data in accordance with the Ghana Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, icons, service descriptions, and software — is the property of InteliMED Health Technologies Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior written permission from InteliMED Health Technologies Ltd.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InteliMED Health Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from: (a) your use of, or inability to use, our services; (b) the actions, omissions, or clinical decisions of any healthcare provider we coordinate with; (c) any inaccuracy in information provided by users or third parties; or (d) any interruption, suspension, or termination of our services. Our coordination role does not transfer clinical or professional liability from the treating provider to InteliMED.

11. Termination

InteliMED Health Technologies Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests. You may also discontinue use of our services at any time by notifying us in writing. Outstanding fees for services already rendered remain payable upon termination.

12. Modifications to Terms

InteliMED Health Technologies Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ghana. Where possible, InteliMED encourages resolution of disputes through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal proceedings.
